Securing your appointment

We require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment which is deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day. Please note, your appointment is not confirmed until your booking fee is received. Your booking fee is transferrable to another date and time if a minimum of 48 hours' notice is provided. In order to transfer your booking fee to another date, another date must be arranged at the same time when cancelling your original appointment.

Cancelling & Re-scheduling your appointment

We enforce a cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, equal to 50% of the cost of the appointment for any cancellations made within 48 hours and 100% of the cost of the appointment for any no-shows. If a cancellation fee is charged, no further bookings will be accepted until the cancellation fee is paid.

Please note that you may be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.

Should you need to re-schedule your appointment, your booking fee is transferrable to another date and time if a minimum of 48 hours' notice is provided. In order to transfer your booking fee to another date, another date must be arranged at the same time when cancelling your original appointment
. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, a cancellation fee will be applicable and your booking fee will be retained and will contribute towards the total of your cancellation fee. Booking fees are unfortunately not able to be transferred to a different treatment.

Attending your appointment


Please go directly to reception where you will be greeted and taken to your treatment room.
If the salon door is locked, it is likely we are with another customer and will be with you as soon as possible.

Securing your training day
A 50% none refundable deposit is required when booking your training course. Please note, your training is not confirmed until your payment is received.
Payment for any course kits are taken upfront and these are none refundable.
The remaining 50% of your payment is due 7 days before your training course.  This payment is none refundable.

Cancelling & Re-scheduling your training day
We take payment for our training courses upfront and all payments are non-refundable. Should you wish to reschedule your training day, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to allow us the opportunity of filling the training day. In order to transfer your payment to another date, another training date must be arranged at the same time when cancelling your original training date. If less than 7 days' notice is provided, this will result in loss of your deposit. Please note, if you are more than 30 minutes late to your training day, your training day may be cancelled, resulting in loss of your payment.


Payment

Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer. If you are making payment via cash, please ensure you have the correct amount to hand. If you would like to make payment via bank transfer, please ensure payment is received prior to your appointment.

All payments taken upfront are non-refundable.

Age Restrictions

Please be aware that due to insurance restrictions, all treatments are for persons age 18 and over, with the exception of beauty treatments, where ages 16-17 are accepted with a letter of parental consent.

Please ensure any childcare is arranged prior to your appointment and you bring a form of ID with you as this may be requested.

Refunds

Refunds are unfortunately not accepted.

Complaints Procedure

Whilst we make every effort to ensure you are happy with our services, we understand that on occasion, customers may not be happy with a service provided. We pride ourselves on our aftercare service and value our customers and their feedback, therefore if you ever find that you are unhappy with our services, please bring this to our attention at the earliest opportunity and no later than within two weeks of your service to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Any formal complaints must be placed in writing via email to profilescosmetics@hotmail.com. Upon receipt of your complaint, your complaint will be fully investigated with any necessary action taken and we will aim to respond to your complaint within 7 days.
